Student Non-Essential Items PICKUP L-P

Procedure:
1. Parents are to first create a simple paper sign, listing names as seen below, placing on the front passenger widow or dash:

Student Full Names and Classroom(s) Ex. Jane Doe, Freiling/UE2 & Chuck Doe, Ramus/UE4

2. Once created, parents are to go to the school during their assigned time pulling to the front of the school by the main entrance
3. The information from your sign will then be relayed over the intercom along with your vehicle description
4. You will then be directed to park in a specific parking spot locale [around the center island, in the student drop off lane, etc.]
5. Teachers will then bring out and hand deliver student materials, in a bag, to the vehicle.

Guidelines:

All family members are to remain inside of their vehicles at all times
Masks will be worn by staff and will be required for all those who enter the school property
Parents are encouraged not to bring children
Please keep any/all conversations with teachers to a minimum
