Montessori In The Home

We strongly encourage you, as parents, to spend time with your child on

other educational experiences:

PLEASE read with your child.

Cook with your child. This is great for following directions, measurement, and even sequencing activity for writing preparation. 

Play board games and do puzzles with your child. 

Encourage your child to keep a daily journal. 

Foster independence through assigning household chores: cleaning his/ her room, setting the table, washing the dishes, caring for pets, etc.
